I am excited to announce that 'After Dark' will be the first solo show at Islington's newest gallery, The Bakery Art Gallery.
For one week only we are taking over the fantstic new art space in the heart of Islington
This will be an opportunity to buy directly from the artist and purchases will include a donation to ClientEarth.
THE WORK
The exhibitions explores the theme of night, where the complexities of artifical light shine on our world. Themes of an urban environment emerge from petrol stations, laundrettes to empty shops, parks and city scapes.
THE CHARITY
I'm so pleased to be supporting ClientEarth. With their head quarters in Islington
their global reach uses the law to protect life and the environment and holds the bad guys to account. It's a really effective way to make change.
THE GALLERY
The Bakery Art Gallery is new to Islington and is an artist run art space.
We will be open 11am to 7pm from Tuesday 12 - 17 September.
THE AREA
Islington has had one of the best antique markets in London and we're right in the middle of it. Just off Upper street, Camden Passage has an eclectic mix of vintage, retro, collectables and bric-a-brac.
