This is now the 8th year The Columbia Threadneedle Prize has been in existence. There is little doubt that it is one of the best figurative competition shows in the UK. I have been in shows at the Mall several times in the past few years but I had to pinch myself that I got a painting into this show first time trying.

This is a picture of me being very pleased.
